后疫情时代关于高校班主任思政教育工作的思考

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情的暴发对全球社会经济产生巨大影响,高等院校的思想政治教育工作在教育者、被教育者、教育环境、教育载体、教育方法和教育内容等多个方面也随之发生改变。作为高等院校思想政治教育的主要工作者,高校班主任应当充分发挥导向、示范、凝聚和激励等各种作用,不断强化教育过程中的主体联动、目标联动、方式联动和机制联动,以浸润式教育构建立德树人新模式,汇聚“三全育人”的“大合力”,实现育人成效的“大满贯”。The outbreak of COVID-19 has a great impact on the global economy and society.The ideological and political education in colleges and universities has also changed in the aspects of educators,educatees,environment,carriers,methods and contents.As the main ideological and political educators in colleges and universities,class advisors should fulfil their obligations including guiding,leading,uniting and inspiring.A method is proposed in this paper to strengthen the linkages of subjects,goals,modes and mechanisms in the ideological and political education.A new education model of moral education and talent cultivation is built to gather the"great resultant force"of"three full-education"and realize the"grand slam"educational goals.
