助人自助理念下高职院校单招学生资助工作问题与对策研究

摘　　要：助人自助是社会工作最核心的理念和基本原则,将助人自助理念融入高职院校单招学生资助工作,既可以发挥社会工作的核心理念优势运用社工专业方法发展学校社会工作,又可以为高校学生资助工作注入新的工作思路和方法。以社会工作助人自助理念为出发点,通过分析当下高职院校单招学生资助工作中存在的主要问题和不足,在结合高职院校单招学生自身特征的基础上,尝试为高职院校学生资助育人工作的优化提出对策建议,旨在为高职院校单招学生资助育人工作提供新思路新方法。Help others is the core concept and basic principles of social work,will help others idea single recruit student financial assistance work in higher vocational colleges can take advantage of the core values of social work by utilizing the method of social work professional development school social work,and can work for university student financial assistance work into new ideas and methods.Based on win-win concept of social work as a starting point,through the analysis of the present higher vocational colleges list for main problems and shortages existing in the work of student financial assistance,in combination with single recruit students in higher vocational colleges,on the basis of its own characteristics,try for the educational work of higher vocational college student financial assistance optimization put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,aimed at single recruit students in higher vocational colleges educational work provide new ideas for new funding method.
