摘  要:采用水蒸气蒸馏萃取法和同时蒸馏萃取法提取大葱挥发油,并使用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对其化学成分进行分析.水蒸气蒸馏萃取法提取大葱挥发油,分离并鉴定出31种化学成分,占总挥发油总检出量的98.04%;同时蒸馏萃取法提取大葱挥发油,分离并鉴定出27种化学成分,占总挥发油总检出量的98.25%.结果表明,两种提取方法中有16种化学成分相同但其化学成分的质量分数不同,16种相同的化学成分中7种为有机硫化合物.The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation extraction and simultaneous distillation extraction,and its chemical constituents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Thirty-one chemical components were isolated and identified,accounting for 98.04%of the total detected volatile oil.At the same time,27 chemical components were isolated and identified,accounting for 98.25%of the total detected volatile oil.The results showed that 16 kinds of chemical components were the same in the two extraction methods,but their mass fractions were different,and 7 kinds of the 16 same chemical constituents were organic sulfur compounds.
