汉语古诗英译策略体系下《关雎》多译本四维描写研究  

A Descriptive Study of Different Translations of Guan Ju from the Prespective of System of Strategies in the English Translations of Ancient Chinese Poetry

摘　　要：本文以汉语古诗英译策略体系为理论框架,从译诗语言的易化策略、译诗的形式多样化策略、译诗的词语转换策略以及附翻译扩展策略等四个维度对《诗经》中的首篇诗歌《关雎》一诗的五个英文译本进行多维描写研究,以期对不同译者的译诗策略进行整体性考察。研究发现,不同译者对汉语古诗采取的翻译策略差异较大,产生的翻译效果也不尽相同。By drawing upon the system in the English translations of ancient Chinese poems,this paper conducts a multi-faceted descriptive study of five translations of“Guan Ju”from four angles,namely linguistic variety,rendering style,formal diversification,translation and para-translation strategies,aiming at achieving a holistic understanding of the strategies in translations by different translators.The results show that different translators tend to use disparate strategies,which leads to widely different translational versions.
