摘　　要：麻醉科住院医师规范化培训是实现中国麻醉医师标准化、规范化、同质化的重要途径。文章结合科室临床教学实践及麻醉规培的要求,从规培生的管理体系、培训方案、考核制度以及培训效果四个方面,总结麻醉医师规范化培训中的教学实践经验,旨在提高麻醉医师规范化培训的水平,以期为完善麻醉住院医师培训制度提供一定的参考。Standardized training of residents in Department of Anesthesiology is an important way to realize the normalization, standardization and homogenization of anesthesiologists in China. In order to improve the level of standardized training of anesthesiologists, this paper summarizes the teaching practice from four aspects of management system, training program, assessment system and training effect. It is expected to provide reference for improving the resident training system of anesthesiology department.
