摘　　要：大学英语是高校兼具工具性和人文性的一门必修课程,其教学质量决定着高校人才培养的质量。结合新时代大学英语教学的新要求,诊断分析地方应用型本科高校大学英语教学中存在的问题,基于“OBE”理念分析,构建具有校本特色的大学英语多元化教学体系,探索和实施基于“OBE”理念的大学英语教学路径,促进大学英语教学质量和高校人才质量的提升。College English is a compulsory course with both instrumental and humanistic features in colleges and universities,and its teaching quality determines the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.Combining with the new requirements of college English teaching in the new era,this paper diagnoses and analyzes the problems existing in college English teaching in local application-oriented universities.Based on the analysis of OBE concept,this paper constructs a diversified teaching system of college English with school-based characteristics,explores and implements the teaching path of college English based on OBE concept,and promotes the improvement of the quality of College English teaching and the quality of university talents.
