摘  要:高职扩招是国家重大决策部署和战略举措,对实现教育强国、人才强国意义重大。执行扩招是高职学校实施国家教育改革方案的重要举措,也是驱动自身教学改革、“提质培优”的重大机遇。扩招后,高职院校面临教学运行安排、人才培养方案实施和日常教育教学管理三重挑战,如何破解管理难题是实现“质量型”扩招的关键。以个案的形式,从多主体培养技术技能型人才、多元化落实立德树人任务和多举措实践人本管理理念三方面入手,对高职院校在扩招生源教育教学管理方面做了一些探索,积累了一些经验。Higher vocational enrollment expansion is a major national decision-making and strategic measure,which is significant to realize the power nation by education and talent.Implementing the enrollment expansion plan is not only an important measure for higher vocational colleges to implement the national vocational education reform plan,but also a major opportunity to promote our own teaching reform and"improve quality and excellence".After the enrollment expansion,higher vocational colleges are facing the three challenges-teaching operation arrangement,talent training scheme implementation and daily education and teaching management.Solving the management problems is the key to realizing the"quality"enrollment expansion.In the form of individual cases,this paper explores the teaching management of expanded enrollment education from three aspects:multi-agent training of technical and skilled talents,diversified implementation of morality education,and practice of people-oriented management concept by multi measures.
