摘  要:在“三全育人”的理念下,全国高校积极推动“课程思政”建设,将“立德树人”作为中心环节。师范教育专业要结合自身优势开展“课程思政”建设。通过剖析教师的思政意识、教学能力、教学方式和高校的教研室设置等方面的问题,提出了教学方式方法多元化、教学模式多样化、教学评价全面化和教学团队制度化等策略,以提高课程思政育人效果。Under the concept of"three-wide education",colleges and universities across the country actively promote ideological and political construction,taking morality education as the central link.Normal education specialty needs to develop the construction in terms of its own advantages.This paper analyzes problems in ideological and political awareness,teaching competence,and teaching methods and the setting of teaching and research section,and puts forward such strategies as diversification of teaching methods,diversification of teaching modes,objectification of teaching evaluation and institutionalization of teaching team to improve the effect of teaching ideological and political theories in all courses.
