校企合作双主体育人的实践探索——以“金斯瑞医学生物技术班”为例

摘　　要：辽宁医药职业学院医学生物技术专业坚持“以就业为导向,以能力为本位,以质量为核心”的办学理念,采取“订单班、冠名班、厂中校”等多种灵活多样的合作模式与企业联合办学,形成了“一校对多企”的合作模式。学院与金斯瑞生物公司创新实践了“1.5+1.5”校企双主体育人模式,在专业共建、人才共育、资源共享方面做了富有成效的尝试,有效提升了人才培养质量,推动了企业与本专业深度合作办学进度,促进了本专业的可持续发展。The medical biotechnology specialty of Liaoning Vocational College of Medicine adheres to the educational philosophy of"employment-oriented,ability-oriented and quality-centered",and adopts a variety of flexible cooperation modes such as"order class,title class and school in factory"to jointly run schools with enterprises,forming the cooperation mode of"one school and many enterprises".The college and Kingsilui Biological Company have practiced the"1.5+1.5"school-enterprise double main body education mode,and made fruitful attempts in the aspects of professional co-construction,talent co-education and resource sharing,which effectively improves the quality of talent training,promotes the in-depth cooperation between the enterprise and the specialty,and promotes the sustainable development of the speciality.
