内分泌住院医师规培中入科培训的体会

摘　　要：入科培训是住院医师完成培训计划的重要环节,规范的入科培训可以正面引导、促进住院医师完成职业角色的转变。规范化培训不仅要求住院医师掌握常见病的诊疗思路,而且还要提升人文素养和医患沟通等职业素养。为了更好地开展内分泌科规范化培训,培养合格的临床医师,作者就入科培训在内分泌住院医师规范化培训中的教学实践与自我体会进行简要阐述。The entrance training is an important part of the standardized residency training.Standardized entrance training can positively guide and promote residents to complete the transformation of their professional roles.The standardized training requires residents not only to master the thinking of diagnosis and treatment of common diseases,but also to improve their professional qualities such as humanistic quality and doctor-patient communication ability.In order to carry out the standardized training of endocrinology department better and train qualified clinicians,this paper briefly expounds the teaching practice and self-experience in the standardized training of endocrinology residents.
