摘　　要：中医药学是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,更是中华文明宝库中的灿烂瑰宝。理解经方传承的核心内涵,明确中医药守正创新的发展特点,做好对传统中医药文化的传承与创新是当下工作的要点。《伤寒论》被公认为是中国医学史上的奠基石和里程碑,作为我国第一部理论与实践紧密结合的临床医学巨著,其方药辨证思想对后世传承、发展中医产生了积极、深远的影响。此文从《伤寒论》的辨证论治、方证相应、学派涌现等方面进行了探讨,进一步明确要在辨证求本、遵循规律的前提下创新、突破,作者认为中医文化传承的科学内涵及主要方法是要坚定中医药文化自信,始终坚持传承精华,认清本源,在遵循中医药发展规律的前提下不断创新。Traditional Chinese medicine is the important part of China excellent traditional culture,and it is also a splendid in the treasure of Chinese civilization.The main points of current work is understanding the core connotation of the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine,clarifying the development characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine innovation,and accomplishing the mission of inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine culture.Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases is recognized as the cornerstone and milestone in the history of Chinese medicine.As the first clinical medicine masterpiece combining theory and practice,its thoughts on the syndrome differentiation and treatment have exerted a profound and lasting impact on the inheritance and development of Posterity.This article discussed the several aspects of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the correspondence of symptom and herb,different sects.It is further clarified that innovation and breakthroughs of traditional Chinese medicine should be conducted on the premise of following the origin and law.Generally speaking,the scientific connotation and main methods of inheritance and development of Chinese medicine culture is strengthens the self-confidence toward traditional Chinese medicine culture,adheres to the essence of inheritance,traces to the source and follows the law of traditional Chinese medicine development.
