摘  要:以藤茶中主要黄酮成分二氢杨梅素、杨梅素、杨梅苷为对照品,建立藤茶原料植物的薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法,并制作指纹图谱。结果表明:采用自建方法,石油醚-乙酸乙酯-正丁醇-甲酸(17︰13︰2︰1.5, V/V)为展开剂时, TLC分离效果好,能有效鉴别不同产地的藤茶原料植物;66份原料植物样品的TLC图像导入Chempattern软件生成的指纹图谱显示出6个共有峰。该方法操作简便、展开剂毒性低、结果直观、特征性强、灵敏度高,能用于显齿蛇葡萄和其他蛇葡萄属植物的特征鉴别,以及评价不同区域显齿蛇葡萄资源的优劣,为从源头保证藤茶植物原材料的品质提供可靠的检测方法。To establish a TLC method for vine tea raw materials identification and to establish the fingerprints of vine tea, the main flavonoids of dihydromyricetin, myricetin and myricitrin in vine tea were used as the reference substance. It was turn out that when petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-n-butanol-formic acid(17︰13︰2︰1.5, V/V) was used as the developing agent with the self-established method, the TLC was a good separation effect, the TLC separation effect was good, and the raw plants of vine tea from different habitats and different species and genera could be effectively identified. The TLC images of 66samples were imported into Chempattern software to generate the TLC fingerprint of plant materials, and 6 common peaks were generated. The method had the advantages of simple operation, low toxicity of the developing agent, intuitive result,strong characteristic and high sensitivity, and it could be used for identifying the characteristics of Ampelopsis grossedentata and other ampelopsis plants. In addition, the way could be used to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of Ampelopsis grossedentata resources in different regions, and to provide a reliable detection method for ensuring the quality of raw materials of vine tea plants from the source.
