摘  要:为顺应当前全球航运业的发展潮流,提高船舶运营的经济效益和环保效益,以多能源电力推进船舶的电力系统学模型为基础,构建船舶能量管理策略的优化模型。在利用此优化模型求解多目标的船舶能量管理策略的优化问题时,调整优化模型中候选解的评价标准,将其转化为单目标优化问题,并动态地改变候选解的更新方式以改变优化模型所使用的优化算法在寻优过程中不同时期的寻优倾向,提高优化模型的优化效率。具体算例的仿真试验结果表明:优化模型应用人工干预下的生物地理学优化算法时,船舶运营成本较粒子群算法降低了69.67%,从而验证了优化模型的有效性和可行性。In order to conform to the development trend of global shipping business and improve the economic benefit and environmental benefit of navigation process,based on the mathematical model of multi-energy electric propulsion ship power system,the optimal model of ship energy management strategy is established.In the use of the optimal model for solving multi-objective optimization problem of ship energy management strategy,the evaluation criteria of the candidate solutions in the optimal model is adjusted,so the multi-objective optimization problem is transformed into a single objective optimization problem,and the updating method of the candidate solutions is transformed dynamically to change the optimization tendency of the optimization algorithm used in the optimal model in different stages of the optimization process,so as to improve the optimization efficiency of the optimal model.The simulation results of a specific example show that the operating cost of the optimal model which applied Biogeography-Based Optimization with Human Intervention(HIBBO)is 69.67%lower than that of the Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO),so the effectiveness of the optimal model and the feasibility of the improved method is verified.
