摘  要:中药鲜药因具有药鲜汁醇、疗效独特的优势,备受历代医家重视。随着现代科学技术的进步和临床需求的日益增加,如何更好地推广和应用鲜药成为目前的研究热点。现通过系统梳理和全面分析中药鲜药的历史源流,归纳为萌芽期、发展期、成熟期、鼎盛期和变革期5个阶段,并依据其发展现状提出了“完善质量标准、加强基础研究、创新鲜药制剂、发展保鲜技术、扩大鲜药品种以及健全鲜药产业链”六大发展策略,旨在传承古人原创思维和优秀经验,促进中医药守正创新事业进步。Fresh Chinese herbal medicines with fresh juice,pure taste,and unique therapeutic effect have attracted wide attention of doctors of all generations.With the progress in modern science and technology and the increasing clinical demand,how to apply and promote fresh Chinese herbal medicines has become a research hotspot.Through systematic analysis,we divided the development history of fresh Chinese herbal medicines into five stages:emergence,development,maturity,flourishing,and reform.According to the current development status,we put forward six major development paths:improving quality standards,strengthening basic research,innovating fresh medicine preparations,developing fresh-keeping technology,expanding fresh medicine varieties,and building a complete fresh medicine industry chain.The aim is to inherit the original thinking and excellent experience of the ancients and promote the progress of the innovative cause of traditional Chinese medicine.
