摘 要:作为乡村教育的主要担承者和乡村教育中的“活的灵魂”,乡村教师专业发展从根本上决定了乡村教育事业的高质量发展。调查发现,乡村教师专业自主发展存在着职业理想欠缺、主体意识薄弱、缺乏专业学习、合作互助不够、专业素质偏低、教研能力不强、欠缺乡土知识、自我更新不足等问题。基于问题成因分析,提出乡村教师专业自主发展的促进策略:社会层面要构建多元交流平台以支持教师发展,加强城乡教师交流以增进资源共享,保障教师物质待遇以吸引年轻人才;学校层面要完善评价机制以有效激励教师的自主发展,创造共同愿景以营造和谐氛围,加强教育研究以实现专业引领;教师层面要坚定理想信念以端正态度动机,摆脱思维惯性以增强反思意识,制定发展规划以实现稳步发展,树立研究意识以激发内生动力。As the main bearer of rural education and the“living soul”of rural education,the professional development of rural teachers fundamentally determines the high-quality development of rural education.The survey found that there are problems in the professional independent development of rural teachers,such as lack of professional ideals,weak sense of subjects,lack of professional learning,insufficient cooperation and mutual assistance,low professional quality,weak teaching and research ability,lack of local knowledge,and insufficient self-renewal.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problem,the strategy of promoting the independent development of rural teachers professions is proposed:at the social level,a diversified communication platform should be built to support the development of teachers;Strengthen urban and rural teacher exchanges and enhance resource sharing;Guarantee the material treatment of teachers and attract young talents;At the school level,it is necessary to improve the evaluation mechanism and effectively stimulate development;Create a common vision and create a harmonious atmosphere;Attach importance to professional leadership and strengthen education and research;At the level of teachers,we should strengthen our ideals and beliefs,correct our attitudes and motivations;Get rid of the inertia of thinking and enhance the sense of reflection;Formulating development plans for the steady promotion of development;Establish a sense of research and stimulate endogenous motivation.
