摘　　要：医学教育,德育为先,德育与职业素质培养是医学人才培养的重中之重。高素质医学人才的培养不仅要注重能力的养成,更应注重道德水平与思想品质的提升。为全面提升医学专业学位研究生的综合素质,使其能够肩负“健康中国”的建设重任,承担“守护人类健康”的神圣职责,成为德才兼备的新时代医学人才,应落实立德树人的根本任务,发挥医德教育的导向作用,将医德教育贯穿医学人才培养的全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人。为全面提高医学人才培养质量,推进健康中国建设,作者以立德树人成效作为根本标准,对医学专业学位研究生医德教育的特殊性、必要性、紧迫性进行阐述,探讨优化医学专业学位研究生的医德教育问题,为相关教育工作者提供参考。Medical education, moral education first,moral education and professional quality training is the top priority of medical personnel training. The cultivation of high-quality medical personnel should not only pay attention to the ability to develop, more should pay attention to improving the quality of the level of morality and ideology. To comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of medical degree graduate students, to be able to shoulder the task of the construction of "healthy China", to undertake the sacred duty of "to protect human health", to become a new era of medical talents with both ability and political integrity, should carry out the basic task of moral education, play a guiding role of medical ethics education,medical ethics education throughout the whole process of medical personnel training, achieve the whole education and comprehensive education. In order to comprehensively improve the quality of medical personnel training and promote the construction of healthy China, the author takes moral education’s effectiveness as the basic standard,expounds the particularity, necessity and urgency of medical ethics education for medical graduate students, discusses the optimization of medical ethics education for postgraduates in medical professional degree according to the goal of establishing morality and cultivating talents, so as to provide reference for relevant educators.
