摘  要:现代的“生物-心理-社会”强调了对疾病的发生、发展和康复过程中的心理和社会因素的重视,其中心身疾病是最能体现该模式的一类疾病。然而目前临床医生对心身疾病的心理和社会因素的评估和干预技能还不够系统和全面,医学教育在该领域也存在“重生理轻心理”以及“重理论轻实践”的问题。因此,为了提高医学生对心身疾病的诊治技能,尤其是临床实践能力,探索可行的、有效的医学教育模式势在必行,心理查房可能是其中一个有效的方法。文章总结了心身疾病的特点,以及该领域医学教育的现状,并且对如何提高学生的临床诊疗技能进行了思考及分析,提出了一套方便可行、操作性和针对性强的心理查房教学模式,为医学生在心身疾病临床实践技能方面的提高、建立有效的教学模式提供了思路。Modern "bio-psycho-society" emphasizes the importance of social and psychological factors in the process of disease occurrence, development and recovery,among which psychosomatic diseases are the most typical ones to reflect the pattern. However, at present,the evaluation and intervention skills of clinicians for psychological and social factors of psychosomatic diseases are not systematic and comprehensive, and medical education in this field also has the problems of "emphasizing physiology rather than psychology" and "emphasizing theory rather than practice". Therefore,in order to improve medical students’ diagnosis and treatment skills of psychosomatic diseases, especially their clinical practice ability, it is imperative to explore feasible and effective medical education mode, and psychological ward round may be one of the effective methods. The paper summarizes the characteristics of psychosomatic disease, as well as the present situation of medical education in this field, and analyzes how to effectively raise students’ clinical skills. It puts forward a set of convenient and feasible, strong operability,pertinence of mental ward round teaching model for medical students to improve practical skills dealing with psychosomatic diseases, which could provide a train of thought to set up the proper teaching model.
