摘　　要：课程思政是一项为党育人、为国育才的系统工程。“课程”是军校开展教学工作的基本载体,“思政”是军校以一定的思想、政治、道德观念和规范对学员实施有效影响。在海军军医大学海军卫勤人才综合素质培养教育的体系中,《军队卫生勤务学》《海军卫生勤务学》《战时卫生勤务学》等海军卫勤课程处于十分重要的地位。重视每一次课程教学计划的制定,精心做好海军卫勤课程的教学优化设计,既是实施医学专业学员基础卫勤知识教育的保障,也是发挥海军卫勤课程思想政治教育作用的前提。本文研究了如何通过海军卫勤课程的教学优化设计更好地实现课程思政教育,探索了海军卫勤课程思政教育的方法和途径:一是完善教学目标,深刻把握隐性思政教育内涵;二是调整教学内容,深入挖掘卫勤思政教育素材;三是转变教学方式,深化推进军校思政教育改革。The ideological and political education is a systematic project of talent cultivation for the CPC and nation. The core idea of ideological and political education is to effectively influence military students’ ideological, political and moral concepts and norms. In the comprehensive quality training and education system of Naval Medical University for naval health service talents,naval health service courses, such as Military Health Service,Naval Health Service and Wartime Military Health Service,are in an essential position. Teaching staff should attach great importance to the formulation for all teaching plans and the optimization of teaching design for naval medical service courses, which provides not only the guarantee of implementing the basic medical service knowledge education for medical students, but also the premise of giving full play to the role of ideological and political education in naval medical service courses. This article shows how to conduct ideological and political education in naval health service courses through optimization design of teaching structure,explores possible methods and ways, and makes three main suggestions. First, improve the teaching objectives,and deeply grasp the latent connotation of ideological and political education. Second, adjust the teaching content, and provide more health service materials for ideological and political education. Third, change the teaching mode, and deepen the ideological and political education reform in military academies.
