摘 要:医学的本质决定了医学的人文内核,将“课程思政”融入医学教育有助于培养德才兼备的医学人才。医学伦理学是医学和人文的交叉学科,它与思想政治学科属性相近,价值导向同一,内容形式互补互促,使得医学伦理学开展“课程思政”较医学其他专业课程更具优势。医学伦理学“课程思政”的教学设计,应将社会主义核心价值观融入教学目标,着重培养医学生的爱国精神、敬业精神、科学精神和职业精神。教学方式可采用课堂讲授为主,结合案例分析、以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)、角色扮演,课后的经典阅读、网络资源学习,以及伦理查房、社会调研等多种方式相结合。教学考核评价可采用形成性评价和总结性评价相结合的方式进行,并通过问卷调查对教师教学情况进行反馈和评估。The essence of medicine determines the humanistic core of medicine. Integrating "curriculum ideology and politics" into medical education will help to cultivate medical talents with both ability and moral integrity. Medical ethics is a cross discipline between medicine and humanities. It has similar attributes with the ideological and political discipline, the same value orientation, and complementary contents and forms, making medical ethics more advantageous than other medical professional courses in carrying out "curriculum ideological and political". The teaching design of medical ethics "ideological and political curriculum" should integrate the socialist core values into the teaching objectives, and focus on cultivating the patriotism, professionalism, scientific spirit and professionalism of medical students. The teaching method can be mainly classroom teaching, combined with case analysis, problem based learning(PBL), role playing,after class classic reading, network resource learning, ethical rounds, social research and other methods. The teaching assessment can be conducted by combining formative assessment with summative assessment, and feedback and assessment of teachers’ teaching can be conducted through questionnaire survey.
