摘　　要：随着科学技术的不断发展,腹腔镜技术现已成为现代医学十分重要的治疗手段,也是现代外科医生临床教学和培训非常关键的内容。国内的腹腔镜培训更多是采取“你教我学”这一传统外科开放手术的教学方式,但这种教学方式效果不佳,学员培养周期长。现如今很多教学医院已开始逐步摸索适用于初学者和住院医师的腹腔镜培训方案,如引用国外的教学培养体系,购买腹腔镜模拟练习器,教授学员腹腔镜理论和操作知识,组织学员于模拟箱中练习相关操作,组织考核并评估等。腹腔镜技术的培训绝非一朝一夕,不仅需要完善的、科学的教学体系,也需要师生之间良好的沟通,共同努力,共同进步,相互学习,同时对学员的心理建设也是培训的关键内容之一。学员在今后的临床实践中也不能停止学习,要不断吸纳最新的技术内容。文章将对临床外科医师的腹腔镜培训及相关模式的发展进行综述。With the continuous development of science and technology, laparoscopic technique has become a very important treatment method in modern medicine, and it is also a very important content in clinical teaching and training of modern surgeons. In domestic laparoscopic training, "you teach and I learn" is the traditional teaching method of open surgery, but this teaching method has poor effect and long training period for laparoscopic training. Nowadays, many teaching hospitals have begun to gradually explore the laparoscopic training programs suitable for beginners and residents, such as quoting foreign teaching and training systems, purchasing laparoscopic simulator, teaching students laparoscopic theory and operation knowledge, organizing students to practice related operations in the simulation box, organizing examination and evaluation, etc. The training of laparoscopic technique will not happen overnight. It needs not only a perfect and scientific teaching system, but also good communication between teachers and students, joint efforts, common progress and mutual learning. At the same time, the psychological construction of students is also one of the key contents of the training. Students can’t stop learning in future clinical practice, and they should constantly absorb the latest technical content. The article will review the development of laparoscopic training for clinical surgeons and related modes.
