摘 要:本文介绍了对临床医学五年制本科生开设医学遗传学专题研讨课的特点、专题研讨课的内容和问题设置、研讨环节的编排,以及在实践过程中遇到的问题。通过分析专题研讨课开展前后学生成绩差异,以及专题研讨课学生参与度与学生成绩的相关性分析,探讨了专题研讨课对临床医学五年制本科生学习能力和专业知识掌握的提升作用。结果证明,专题研讨课结合案例教学是一种适合医学遗传学的教学方法,学生普遍反映学习更具有趣味性和挑战性,在研讨过程中强化了学生发现问题的能力、思辨能力、综合运用知识的能力以及口头表达的能力,但是研讨问题的设置以及带教教师对研讨进程的把控还需要在实践中进一步优化和提高。This paper introduces the characteristic,content,problem settings and layout of seminar in 5-year undergraduate students in clinical medicine.Also,some questions in the practice process were further discussed.To recognize the improvement of study ability and the master of professional knowledge in 5-year undergraduate students in clinical medicine,score differences of students before and after seminar conduction,and correlation between student participation in the seminar and student scores were analyzed.As the results showed,seminar combining case teaching is an optimal teaching method in medical genetics.Students response that seminar increases the interesting and challenging of study.During the seminar,abilities in problem finding,speculation,comprehensive application of knowledge and oral communication were improved among students.Otherwise,problem settings and the control of seminar process still need to be optimized and improved.
