摘  要:钢轨打磨量的大小主要由打磨驱动电机输出功率大小决定。为了保障钢轨打磨车打磨后的钢轨质量,需要对打磨驱动电机输出功率进行闭环控制。结合模糊控制理论和PID控制方法,对打磨驱动电机功率模糊PID闭环控制进行研究。根据模糊规则表得到模糊输出量,经过反模糊化得到PID控制参数值,从而实现模糊PID控制。在打磨实验室使用打磨小车多次打磨测试,获得打磨驱动电机反馈电流。统计分析结果表明,实际电流平均误差为0.30%,最大误差为0.36%,满足设计要求。The amount of rail grinding is mainly determined by the power output from the grinding drive motor.In or⁃der to ensure the rail quality after grinding by rail grinder,it is necessary to carry out closed-loop control on the power output of grinding driving motor.Combined with fuzzy control theory and PID control method,the fuzzy PID closedloop control of grinding driving motor power is studied.The fuzzy output is obtained according to the fuzzy rule table,and the PID control parameters are obtained by de-fuzzification,so as to realize the fuzzy PID control.In the grinding laboratory,the rail grinder was used for many grinding tests to obtain the feedback current of the grinding drive motor.The results of statistical analysis show that the average error of actual current is 0.30%and the maximum error is 0.36%,which meet the design requirements.
