摘 要:感染科的疾病具有复杂性和疑难性的特点,教学查房对于住院医师快速掌握相关疾病的诊疗非常重要。结合临床实际教学查房情况探讨以病例讨论为主的互动式教学查房模式在感染科住院医师培训中应用的可行性;这种教学模式以病例讨论为基础,住院医师作为主体,带教老师为主导,并融入以问题为导向的学习方法。通过病例讨论和现场实践,能提升住院医师的问诊及专科查体的基本功,锻炼学生的临床思维能力,促进主动学习精神。另一方面通过提出问题并给予解决方案,可以增强住院医师对理论知识在实际案例中的灵活应用能力;这种教学过程中带教老师的临床思维和教学能力也得到了锻炼和加强,具有教学相长的作用。The diseases in Infection Disease Department are complicated and difficult to diagnose.Teaching rounds are important for residents to learn diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases.This study discusses the application of an interactive teaching mode in patient rounds based on case discussion in Infection Department.This mode is based on case discussion,with residents as the subject and teachers as the lead.It adopts the learning method leading by questions.On one hand,discussion on medical cases and field practice improves the residents’basic skills of inquiry and physical examination ability,promotes their subjective initiative of learning;from the other hand,this mode enhances the residents’ability to combine the theories with individual cases in through proposing questions and investigate the corresponding solutions.This teaching progress also improves the teaching ability and clinical thinking of the teachers,which has a beneficial effect for both students and teachers.
