摘  要:为满足地铁4+4编组列车重联需求,分析重联编组技术难点,提出采用气液缓冲器吸收高速连挂能量、采用高强度车钩承受较高冲击力、采用全自动和半自动车钩实现重联,以及开展必要的试验满足可靠性要求等解决方案。对碰撞及救援工况进行仿真模拟。力-行程特性、车辆运动学特性及能量平衡计算结果表明,技术方案满足设计要求。In order to meet the reconnection requirements of 4+4 marshalling metro trains,the technical difficulties of reconnection marshalling were analyzed,some solutions are proposed,such as using the gas-liquid buffers to absorb the energy of high-speed connection,using the high-strength couplers to withstand higher impact forces,using the fully automatic and the semi-automatic couplers to achieve reconnection,and carrying out necessary tests to meet reliability requirements.The collision and rescue conditions are simulated.The calculation results of force-distance characteristics,vehicle dynamics characteristics and energy balance show that the technical solution meets the design requirements.
