摘  要:梳理纱线力学性能测试实验教学内容,分析传统实验教学方法的不足,提出将纺织生产中常见的4种打结结构进行仿真和虚拟测试,形象地展示结头极限应力点位置。基于纱线打结仿真展示的结头的纠缠属性和虚拟测试中的极限应力分布位置,对传统纱线力学性能测试评价指标进行创新。教学实践表明,通过纱线打结结构的仿真与虚拟测试有效拓展了传统实验教学场景,丰富了实验教学形式。纱线打结结构的仿真和虚拟测试形象生动解释了不同打结的结构牢度差异,使学生获得课程内容学习的多重感知。After carding the experimental teaching content of the yarn mechanical properties test,the shortcomings of traditional experimental teaching methods are analyzed,and the simulation design and virtual test of four common knot structures in textile production are put forward to show the position of knot limit stress point in a vivid means.At the same time,based on the topological entanglement property of the knot displayed in the yarn knotting simulation structure and the limit stress distribution position in the virtual test,the property evaluation index for the traditional test experiment about yarn mechanical is innovated.The teaching practice shows that the simulation design and virtual test of the topological structure of yarn knotting can effectively expand the traditional experimental teaching scene and enrich the experimental teaching form.The simulation design and virtual test of yarn knot structure vividly explain the difference in the structural fastness of different knots so that students can get multiple perceptions of course content learning.
