摘　　要：为了推进“双高”计划建设,各高职院校实训中心加大了资源投入和建设力度,由于存在管理体系不完善、信息化水平不高等问题,实训设备、耗材等管理没有得到有效监控。结合现代化管理要求,通过分析与实践探究,探讨了高职院校制造类实训中心信息化管理系统的建设,提出“四全”的信息化管理模式,即通过“全员、全过程、全方面、全方位”的设计理念,规范实训教学设备、物料的管理,搭建实训教学质量监控和评价体系,对实训中心进行全过程、全方位的监控。通过“全方位”的数据反馈,促进信息化管理的良性发展。经过信息化管理系统的初步实践,90%以上的学生认为能提高实际问题解决能力,对实训中心管理服务的满意度超过80%,达到了信息化管理系统建设的预期目的。In order to promote the construction of double high-levels plan,the training centers of higher vocational colleges have strengthened resource construction.Due to the imperfect management system and low level of information management,the equipment,consumables and personnel management of training have not been effectively monitored.Combined with the requirements of modern management,this paper discusses the construction of information management system of manufacturing training center in higher vocational colleges through theoretical analysis and practical exploration,and puts forward the“four complete”information management mode,i.e.,all staff,whole process,comprehensive and all-round.We also standardize the management of training teaching equipment and materials,and build a training teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system.The whole process of the training center has been comprehensive monitored,and the development of information management can be promoted by the“all-round”feedback data.Through the preliminary application of the information management system,more than 90%of the students believe that they can improve their ability to solve practical problems,and their satisfaction with the management and service ability of the training center exceeds 80%,and the expected purpose has been achieved.
