摘　　要：针对实验室安全工作出现有头无尾或上热下冷等现象,探索解决实验室安全管理“最后一公里”的问题。须厘清各级管理职责,落实安全隐患整改闭环管理,着力提高安全隐患整改效率。通过制定实验室安全量化评价指标,对实验室违规操作的人、硬件管理不到位以及二级单位督促隐患整改的效果进行量化管理;构建定量管理的信息化管理平台,对个人、实验室负责人、二级单位等分类分级实时常态量化管理;多部门联动合力监管,建立以过程控制为导向和以闭环管理为目的的常态评估机制。这些措施有利于促进各级落实实验室安全主体责任,实现人人参与安全管理的目标,最终达到整改销号式管理。In view of the phenomenon that laboratory safety work has no end or hot up and cold down,this paper explores and solves the problem of“the last kilometer”of laboratory safety management,clarifies the management responsibilities at all levels,implements the closed-loop management of hidden danger rectification,and strives to improve the rectification efficiency.Through the development of quantitative evaluation indicators of laboratory safety,quantitative management is carried out for the people who operate in violation of regulations in the laboratory;through an information management platform for quantitative management,real-time and normal quantitative management of individuals,laboratory principals and secondary units is managed.The multi department linkage and joint supervision are carried out.The establishment of a normal evaluation mechanism guided by process control and aimed at closed-loop management is conducive to promoting the implementation of the main responsibility of laboratory safety at all levels.It realizes the goal of everyone participating in safety management,and finally achieves the rectification and cancellation management.
