微课模式在任职教育学员临床带教的应用研究

摘　　要：大力发展军事职业教育是习近平军事教育思想的重要内容,也是实现军事人员现代化的战略举措。此文从5个方面介绍了某部队医院针灸推拿科利用互联网“微课”模式在军队任职教育学员临床教学中的探索,为加快推进军事职业教育创新发展,逐步完善军事职业教育教学资源体系,为促进院校办学水平和服务部队能力的全面提升积累了一定的实践经验。Vigorously developing military vocational education is an important content of Xi Jinping’s military education thought, and also a strategic measure to realize the modernization of military personnel. This paper introduces the exploration of the Internet “microcourse” mode of acupuncture and massage in the clinical teaching of military trainees in a military hospital from five aspects, military professional education to accelerate the innovation and development, gradually improve the military professional education teaching resources system, promote the level of colleges and service forces ability of comprehensive promotion has accumulated some practical experience.
