摘 要:分别采用气相法白炭黑及聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA)/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)核壳微球制备了架空导线绝缘恢复涂覆料,对3种核壳比的PBA/PMMA微球分别开展透射电镜及红外光谱分析,结果表明壳结构占比低于30%后,核壳结构不完整;以气相法白炭黑制备的电缆涂覆料的力学性能及介电强度更佳,但涂覆过程中与配网带电作业机器人的协同施工性差,无法实际应用。以PBA/PMMA核壳微球配制的电缆涂覆料具有良好的施工性,当微球的核壳比为60/40时,涂覆料的性能较佳,其密度为0.96 g/cm^(3),拉伸强度为3.18 MPa,撕裂强度为7.51 kN/m,介电强度为21.32 kV/mm,能够满足架空导线绝缘恢复的技术要求,涂覆过程中与配网带电作业机器人的协同施工性较好。The insulation recovery coatings for overhead conductors were prepared by fumed silica,butyl polyacrylate(PBA)and polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)core-shell microspheres respectively.The PBA/PMMA microspheres with three core-shell ratios were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy.The results show that the coatings has incomplete core-shell structure when its shell structure proportion is less than 30%;the cable coatings has a better mechanical properties and electrical strength prepared with fumed silica,but the coating process is poor when coordinating with the live working robot of the distribution network and cannot be practically applied.The cable coatings with PBA/PMMA core-shell microspheres have good workability.When the core-shell ratio of the microspheres is 60/40,the coatings has better performance,whose density is 0.96 g/cm^(3),the tensile strength is 3.18 MPa,the tear strength is 7.51 kN/m,and the electrical strength is 21.32 kV/mm,which meet the requirements for the insulation recovery of overhead conductors,and has good synergistic construction with the distribution network live working robot in the process.
