液质联用法快速检测保健食品中生物素的含量

摘　　要：本文建立了液质联用法快速检测保健品中生物素的方法。试样用水溶解定容后,离心,上清液过滤膜上机检测。结果表明,生物素在1~100 ng·mL^(-1)具有良好的线性关系,校准曲线为Y=1.47652×10^(5)X+6919.41794,相关系数R=0.99993;在2~10 h生物素峰面积值稳定,RSD值为5.49%;加标回收率在90.1%~98.1%,RSD在1.71%~3.40%。该方法简单、快速、准确,可用于保健食品中生物素的快速检测。A method for rapid determination of biotin in health food by LC-MS/MS was established.After the sample was dissolved in water to a constant volume,it was centrifuged.The supernatant was filtered by membrane,and tested by LC-MS/MS.The results showed that biotin had a good linear relationship in the range of 1~100 ng·mL^(-1) concentration.The calibration curve was:Y=1.47652×10^(5)X+6919.41794,and the correlation coefficient was 0.99993;The peak area value of biotin was stable within 2~10 h,and the RSD value was 5.49%;The recoveries were 90.1%~98.1%and RSD was 1.71%~3.40%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for rapid detection of biotin in health food.
