摘　　要：目的了解临床药学专业本科生精准药学服务知识普及现状及存在的问题,为探索精准药学服务领域临床药学创新人才培养模式提供参考。方法采用自制“精准药学服务知识普及现状”调查问卷对福建医科大学五年制临床药学专业本科生进行调查,分析学生精准药学服务能力现状。结果共发放问卷118份,均有效回收。受访学生中,大学一、二、三、四、五年级分别有9,12,37,50,10名。调查结果显示,学生们对药学服务和精准药学有初步了解,但广度和深度有待提升;对生理药动学、群体药动学、药物基因组学等精准药学相关课程的熟悉度偏低、了解较少;认可设置治疗药物监测(TDM)课程的重要性及必要性,但缺乏临床应用与实践,对其在临床的应用了解较少,很难将理论和实践相结合;学生文献检索的学习经历较少,了解程度较浅,自主检索文献能力不足。结论该校临床药学专业人才培养体系缺乏系统精准用药理论教学和实践技能培训,建议加强相关知识的理论教学,强化学生的精准药学科研思维和实践技能。Objective To understand the current situation and existing problems in the knowledge popularization of precision pharmaceutical care among undergraduates majoring in clinical pharmacy,and to provide a reference for exploring the training mode of clinical pharmacy innovative talents in the field of precision pharmaceutical care.Methods Undergraduate students majoring in five-year clinical pharmacy in Fujian Medical University were investigated by the self-designed questionnaire of″the current situation of knowledge popularization of precision pharmaceutical care″,and the status of students'innovative service ability in the field of precision pharmaceutical care was analyzed.Results A total of 118 questionnaires were sent out,all of which were effectively recovered.Among the interviewed students,there were nine freshmen,twelve sophomores,thirty-seven juniors,fifty seniors of the fourth years and ten seniors of the fifth year,respectively.The survey results showed that the students had a preliminary understanding of pharmaceutical care and precision pharmacy,but the breadth and depth needed to be improved;they have a low familiarity and understanding of the precision pharmaceutics-related courses such as physiological pharmacokinetics,population pharmacokinetics and pharmacogenomics;they could recognize the importance and necessity of setting therapeutic drug monitoring(TDM)courses,but lack clinical application and practice,and had little understanding of the clinical application of TDM,which made it difficult for them to combine theory with practice;they had little learning experience and understanding of literature review,and insufficient ability to independently search literature.Conclusion The professional talents cultivation system of clinical pharmacy in the university lacks systematic theoretical teaching and practical skills training of precision pharmacy.It is suggested to strengthen the theoretical teaching of precision pharmacy-related knowledge and strengthen students'scientific research thinking and
