摘　　要：为提高职业院校教育管理工作效率,准确掌握大学生相关信息,文章对目前职业院校教育管理信息化发展存在的如未能正确认识信息化管理、相关人才资源匮乏、信息化基础设施建设滞后、管理机制不完善等问题进行梳理,提出在大数据背景下,职业院校要加强对教育管理信息化的认知与理解、强化相关人才的培育力度、打造具有专业水平的信息化管理队伍,注重推动信息化基础设施的建设投入、形成健全的信息化管理体系等一系列有效解决方法与路径,旨在阐明在大数据背景下,职业院校的教育管理需要充分利用好信息数据,全方位推动教育管理的信息化发展,提升管理能力水平,推动职业院校教育管理的持续健康稳定发展。To enhance the efficiency of college education management and accurately grasp the relevant information of college students,this paper sorts the problems existing in the current development of college education management information,for example,the misunderstanding of information management,lack of relevant human resources,lagging information infrastructure construction and imperfect management mechanism.It proposes that,under the background of big data,colleges and universities should enhance the cognition and understanding of education management informatization,strengthen the cultivation of relevant talents,build a professional information management team,focus on promoting the construction of information infrastructure investment to form a sound information management system and find a series of effective solutions and paths.Therefore,education management in colleges and universities should make full use of information data,comprehensively promote the information development of education management,improve the level of management ability,and promote the sustainable,sound and stable development of education management of colleges and universities.
