摘  要:数字经济时代,数字化转型成为职业院校适应人才需求变化、提升自身治理水平、增强内在竞争力、实现教育现代化的必由之路。而职业院校的数字化转型是一项系统性工程,涉及到学校教学、管理、服务的方方面面,需要行政、教学、教辅全部门协同,教师、学生、管理人员全员参与。因此,在当前形势下,职业院校要结合自身实际情况和发展基因,寻找适合自己的转型路径。据此提出,职业院校数字化转型的推进不仅需要关注数字化学习环境的构建和教师信息化能力的提升,还需要注意及时转变育人理念、更新办学意识、加强顶层设计、制定远景规划、强化统筹推进、吸引多元主体共同参与、注重评估评价、深化教学与管理创新等。In the era of digital economy,the digital transformation of vocational colleges has become a must-take route for vocational colleges to adapt to the changes in talent demand,improve self-governance,enhance internal competitiveness and realize the modernization of education.The digital transformation of vocational colleges is a systematic project,involving all aspects of school teaching,management and service.It requires the overall coordination of departments of administration,teaching and teaching assistance,with the full participation of teachers,students and administrators.Therefore,under the current situation,vocational colleges should combine their actual condition and development needs to find their own transformation paths.It proposes that the advance of digital transformation of vocational colleges not only focus on the construction of digital learning environment and the improvement of teachers’informatization teaching ability,but also on timely changing education concept,updating the operation consciousness,strengthening the top-level design,formulating a long-term plan,enhancing the overall progress,attracting the participation of multiple subjects,emphasising assessment and evaluation,and deepening the innovation of teaching and management.
