摘 要:数字化转型是当代高职院校教师教学能力提升的必然趋势。文章从做新时代“四有”好教师、现代信息技术发展、学习者生态学习需求等三个方面,分析了高职院校教师教学能力数字化转型的必要性;并从实施“赛训一体化”、创建信息化教学能力标准、构筑相应保障机制、持续深化教师教学能力数字化转型的思考等四个方面,提出整校推进教师教学能力数字化转型的策略与实施路径,以此引导和促进高职院校教师教学能力数字化转型。Digital transformation is an inevitable trend for the improvement of teachers’teaching ability in contemporary higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the necessity of digital transformation of teachers’teaching ability in higher vocational colleges from three aspects:being a good teacher with the“four haves”in the new era,the development of modern information technology,and the needs of learners’ecological learning.From the implementation of the“integration of competition and training”,the establishment of information-based teaching ability standards,the construction of corresponding guarantee mechanisms,and the continuous deepening thinking on the digital transformation of teachers’teaching ability,it puts forward the strategy and implementation path of the whole school to promote the digital transformation of teachers’teaching ability,so as to guide and promote the digital transformation of teachers’teaching ability in higher vocational colleges.
