摘 要:建立辣椒制品中非法添加色素罗丹明B液液萃取UPLC-MS/MS检测方法。方法采用1%甲酸/乙腈溶液进行萃取,提取液经过NaCl、中性氧化铝净化后上机检测,色谱仪以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用外标法定量。结果表明:目标分析物罗丹明B在1.0~50 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,检出限为1.0μg/kg,回收率在87.58%~103.26%之间,RSD为1.92%~4.01%。试验表明该方法具有操作简单、重复性好、灵敏度高的特点,适合食品安全监管部门和食品生产企业对辣椒制品中非法添加物罗丹明B含量检测与分析。A method for the detection of illegally pigment rhodamine B in pepper products by UPLC-MS/MS was established. Method :1% formic acid/acetonitrile solution was used for extraction. The extract was purified by NaCl and neutral alumina and detected. The acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid water was used as mobile phase for gradient elution,and the external standard method was used for quantitative determination. The results showed that the linear relationship of target analytic rhodamine B was good in the range of 1.0~50ng/mL, the detection limit was 1.0μg/kg,recovery rate was 87.58%~103.26%,and RSD was 1.92%~4.01%. The test showed that the method was simple operation,good repeatability and high sensitivity. It is suitable for food safety supervision departments and food production enterprises to detect and analyze the content of illegal additive rhodamine B in pepper products.
