摘　　要：警察教育对于警察的个体成长和职业发展至关重要。警察的教育要以组织目标与个体目标的契合为出发点,既强调职业发展规划的重要性,又充分调动警察个体在职业发展中的主观能动性。从组织行为学的角度出发,基于目前我国的警察教育机制和教育成效,为实现警察的个体成长和终身职业发展,必须构建警察职业生涯中的终身教育和评价体系,使警察能够在职业工作中持续保持主动学习的动力和能力,不断提升自身素质,实现个体的职业发展。Education is essential to the individual growth and career development of the police.Police education should start from the integration of organizational goals and individual goals,laying equal stress on the importance of career development planning,and the full play of initiative in career development.From the perspective of organizational behaviorism,and based on the efficacy of the current police education system,a lifelong education and evaluation system of police should be constructed,aiming to enable the police to keep the motivation and capacity of active learning in their professional work,so as to constantly improve their own quality,and realize their individual career development.
