摘  要:“德才兼备、以德为先”凸显了德育在人才培养中的重要地位。育才先育德,“课程思政”进课堂,同向同行育人才是立德树人的根本要求。在“计算机组装与维护”专业课程教学中,教师要积极探究“课程思政”融入的切入点,挖掘与课程内容相关联的思政元素,发挥课堂育人功能,将学校小课堂同社会大课堂结合起来,建立常态化评价和动态化评价相结合的多元评价体系,在潜移默化中逐步达成立德树人的目标。"Having both ability and morality,and taking morality as the first"highlights the important position of moral education in talent training.Educate talents first,"curriculum ideological and political education"into the classroom,and cultivate talents in the same direction is the fundamental requirement for establishing morality and cultivating people.In the teaching of the"computer assembly and maintenance"professional curriculum,teachers should actively explore the entry point of the integration of"curriculum ideological and political education",excavate the ideological and political elements related to the curriculum content,give play to the classroom education function,combine the school small classroom with the social large classroom,establish a diversified evaluation system combining the normal evaluation and dynamic evaluation,and gradually achieve the goal of establishing morality and cultivating people under imperceptible influence.
