摘　　要：针对当前高职院校实践教学体系存在的不足及实施现状,提出“工匠工坊”式实践教学体系与模式的概念内涵、深入分析“工匠工坊”式实践教学体系和模式的构建目标及创新思路,以武汉交通职业学院为例,探索高职教育“工匠工坊”实践教学体系与模式的构建及实施路径。In view of the shortcomings and current situation in the practice teaching system of higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the concept connotation of the practice teaching system and mode of the“craftsman workshops”,analyzes the objectives and innovative ideas of the construction of the“craftsman workshops”,and takes talent training mode of the“craftsman workshops”in Wuhan Technical College of Communication as an example to explore the construction and implementation path of the practice teaching system and mode of“craftsman workshops”.
