摘　　要：克立硼罗(crisaborole)是一种新型非甾体类磷酸二酯酶4(PDE4)抑制剂,中文化学名称为5-(4-氰基苯氧基)-1,3-二氢-1-羟基-[2,1]-苯并氧杂硼杂环戊烯,英文化学名称为 5-(4-cyanophenoxy)-1,3-dihydro-1-hydroxy-[2,1]-benzo-xaborole, 分子式为C14H10BNO3,CAS登记号为 906673-24-3。克立硼罗由美国安纳考尔医药公司(现被辉瑞制药收购)研发。Crisaborole is a novel non-steroidal phosphodiesterase4(PDE4) inhibitor,which can increase intracellular cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)concentrations for the treatment of fungal infections. It was approved by the FDA in 2016 for the treatment of mild to moderate allergic dermatitis. This paper analyzed and summarized the seven existing synthetic routes to crisaborole,which provides a reference for the large-scale preparation of this drug.
