摘　　要：1942年毛泽东《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》,对延安文学范式的形成具有权威的指导性。但延安文学范式并非仅止于文学形式建构,它实际上是中共抗战建国战略的一部分,是应时应地的中共“延安道路”形成的具体策略的体现。延安文学范式的完成,是多元因素的合力。延安根据地树立的模范人物与英雄人物,是延安文学范式中“新人”的现实来源。延安文学范式的形成,是讲话精神与延安社会现实政治的积极互动:一方面“讲话”与整风确立了延安知识分子体制化的制度要求,另一方面这些客观现实倒逼着延安知识分子体制化的过程。延安作家力图实践“工农兵文学”的方向,从模范人物到新人形象,呈现出从制度创造到文学反映的完成过程。延安社会新意识形态的建构也完成了从政治实践到象征生产的过程。The Talk Mao Zedong gave on Yan'an Literature and Art Forum In 1942,Which had authority on the construction of paradigm of Yan'an literature.But the paradigm of Yan'an literature was not only the paradigm of literature,but also the part of the strategy of Anti-Japanese and founding a new state,was the embodiment of CCP's"Yan'an Road"at that stage.The completion of Yan'an literature paradigm was affected by many factors,and created new social phenomenon,especially new modern figure of labourer and hero.On one side the Talk and Rectification Movement had founded the requirement of the organization of Yan'an intellectual,on the other side the object reality compelled them to be organized.Yan'an writer tried their best on the way of"worker,peasant,and soldier's literature".From model figure to new type of human beings character,performed the stage from institution founding to literary creation,so the construction of new ideology completed its period from political practice to symbolic production.
