摘　　要：工业价值链分工决定产业人才需求,嵌入工程人才培养过程。从嵌入性视角出发,基于工业价值链模块化集成理念探讨产学合作协同育人模式,分析工业价值链嵌入工程人才培养的逻辑,构建基于“中国智造”价值链的工程人才培养嵌入式协同模式,以我国“数智化人才”培养为例探讨该模式的实践表现,为创新工程人才培养模式,提高工程人才培养质量提供新思路。The division of industrial value chain determines the demand of industrial talent and is embedded in the process of engineering talent training. From an embedded perspective, based on the concept of modular integration of the industrial value chain. It discusses the collaborative education model of industry-university cooperation, analyzes the logic of the industrial value chain embedding engineering talent training, and constructs the embedded collaborative mode of engineering talent training based on the “Made in China” value chain. Then take “digital intelligence talents” as an example to discuss the practical performance of this model. It provides new ideas for innovating the training mode of engineering talents and improving the quality of engineering talents.
