摘 要:严肃游戏能够提供情境式学习并激发学习动力而被广泛应用于欧美国家的高等教育。然而,我国针对严肃游戏的研究起步较晚且发展缓慢。为了将严肃游戏更快更广泛地应用于我国的工业工程教育中,弥补现有严肃游戏设计流程的局限性,本文首先提出了一种严肃游戏的设计语言。该语言定义了组成严肃游戏的3个系统分层及8个设计对象,为教师提供设计严肃游戏所需的理论知识。然后,基于设计语言构建了包含设计目标制定、概念设计、原型制作、核实以及验证共5个阶段的严肃游戏的分层设计模型,并详细阐述了该模型每个阶段的设计任务及期待性产物。最后,基于一款以创新管理为主题的游戏进一步说明了以上两项贡献,为严肃游戏在我国工业工程教育中的应用提供了借鉴。Serious games are prevalent used in higher education in European and American countries to provide situated learning and motivate learning. The research on serious games of our country started late and developed slowly. This paper first proposes a design language for serious games to apply them more quickly and widely in industrial engineering education in our country and to make up for the limitations of the existing serious game design processes. The language defines three systematic layers and eight generic design objects that constitute a serious game to provide teachers with the theoretical knowledge needed to create serious games. On this basis, a layered design model of serious games is proposed. It includes five stages: design purposes specification, conceptual design, prototyping, verification, and validation;the model details the work packages and the relevant expected deliverables. Finally, based on a game with the theme of innovation management, the above two contributions are further explained, which provides a reference for the application of serious games in our country’s industrial engineering education.
