摘  要:随着世界一流大学建设不断深化,高等教育评估绩效导向日趋明显。从战略规划角度对我国高校评价现状进行实证研究,选取地区60所高校“十三五”和“十四五”规划关键绩效指标统计分析,探究“五唯”问题的诱因及新时代评价改革方案出台后的变化。研究发现评价活动的强规模导向,学生、师资等规模性指标仍是多数高校的评价重点。学校的评价特点与功能类型存在相关性,科研、基建、财务指标差异较大,社会服务评价内容普遍较少。With the advancement in the construction of world-class universities, a quantitative and performance-based tendency in the evaluation of higher education is increasingly evident. The research collated the key performance indicators in the strategic plans set by 60 Shanghai higher education institutions for 2016-2025, to examine empirically the practices of higher education evaluation and the changes following the educational evaluation reform for the new era. Results reveal a central tendency towards organizational scale among institutions, exemplified by the focus on student, teacher and other scale-related indicators in evaluation. A strong correlation is found between the patterns of evaluation and university types. Scientific, infrastructural, and financial performance indicators demonstrate systemic differences, whereas measurements of social contribution are mostly lacking.
