摘  要:试验考察了吸附剂用量(A)、吸附时间(B)、温度(C)对菌托多糖脱色效果影响,同时也考察酶种类、酶解时间(a)、酶解温度(b)、酶用量(c)对菌托多糖蛋白脱除效果的影响。结果表明:影响菌托多糖含量的因素主次顺序为C>B>A;影响脱色率的主次因素B>A>C;影响菌托多糖含量的主次因素a>b>c;影响脱蛋白因素主次顺序为b>c>a。综合菌托多糖得率、色素脱除率、蛋白质脱除率得出:当固料比为1︰50 (g/mL)、吸附时间为2.5 h、吸附温度为60℃、酶用量为30 mg、酶解时间为1 h、酶解温度为60℃时,在对多糖含量影响较小的前提下,菌托多糖脱色和脱蛋白效果最好,脱除率可达67.83%,蛋白质含量由原来的12.87%下降到6.33%。The efects of adsorbent dosage(A),adsorption time(B),and temperature(C) on the decolorization efect of tropopolysaccharide were investigated in the experiment,and the types of enzymes,enzymatic hydrolysis time(a),enzymatic hydrolysis temperature(b),and enzyme dosage(c) were also investigated.The efect on the removal of leukorrhea protein.The results showed that the primary and secondary factors afecting the polysaccharide content in succulents were C>B>A;The primary and secondary factors afecting the decolorization rate were B>A>C;The primary and secondary order of protein factors was b>c>a.Combining the polysaccharide yield,pigment removal rate,and protein removal rate of the tropon,it could be concluded that when the solid-material ratio was 1︰50(g/mL),the adsorption time was 2.5 h,the adsorption temperature was 60 ℃,the enzyme dosage was 30 mg,the enzymatic hydrolysis time was 1 h,and the enzymatic hydrolysis temperature was 60 °C,under the premise of less influence on the polysaccharide content,the best decolorization and deproteinization efect of the polysaccharide in the suspensoid was 67.83%,and the protein content decreased from 12.87%to 6.33%.
