摘　　要：以山东省生鲜农产品上行发展现状调研结果为基础,采用SWOT定性与定量结合分析法,对山东省农产品上行面临的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行深入剖析,提出相应的对策建议,旨在为山东省生鲜电商发展提供参考借鉴,对促进农村经济发展,实现乡村振兴具有重要意义。Based on the research results of online sale of fresh agricultural products in Shandong Province,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the upward development of agricultural products in Shandong Province were deeply analyzed by using SWOT qualitative and quantitative analysis method.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.It could provide reference for the development of fresh agricultural products e-commerce in Shandong Province.It was of great significance to promote the development of rural economy and to realize the revitalization of rural areas.
