摘  要:二世胡亥通过沙丘政变登上皇帝之位,未能实现统治政策的转变,反而在赵高的操纵下,诛杀同胞与功臣,激化了阶级矛盾和统治阶级内部矛盾,导致了秦朝的短命而亡。二世的所作所为,既与他所受的教育有关,也受他回避性人格的影响。胡亥追求无度享乐的行为,是其对法家学说负面效应进一步思考的结果,也是君主专制独裁制度进一步发展的历史必然。Hu Hai, the second emperor of the Qin Dynasty, ascended to the throne through a coup in Shaqiu Palace. He failed to change his ruling policies. Instead, under the manipulation of Zhao Gao,he became fatuous and cruel, killing his compatriots and meritorious officials. These intensified class conflicts and contradictions within the ruling clique, leading to the rapid demise of the Qin Dynasty. Hu Hai’s deeds were not only related to his education, but were also affected by his evasive personality.Hu Hai’s pursuit of inordinate pleasures was the result of his further thinking about the negative effects of the doctrine of legalism, and also the result of the historical necessity of the further development of autocratic dictatorship.
