摘　　要：课程思政是实现研究生思想政治教育任务目标,落实“三全育人”的有效途径。高等生物化学是食品及生命科学相关专业的一门重要核心课。本文以高等生物化学课程为例,结合课程教学面临的问题,通过对课程思政教学目标的制定、教学内容的优化、思政元素融入课堂教学、教学方法和手段的适当运用以及考核方式的完善等方面的探索,建构了新形势下研究生高等生物化学课程建设的具体举措,旨在为“大思政”格局下生物学相关领域课程建设提供参考和借鉴。Course ideology and politics is an effective way to achieve the goal of ideological and political education for postgraduates and implement“San Quan”Education.Advanced biochemistry is an important core course for food and life science related majors.Using the advanced biochemistry course as an example,combined with the problems faced by the course teaching,the realization path of course ideology and politics for postgraduates was constructed.The organic integration of ideological and political education and professional knowledge education was realized from five aspects,the exploration of making course ideological and political teaching objectives,the deep excavation of course ideological and political elements,the appropriate teaching design,the appropriate application of teaching methods and means,and the improvement of course assessment method.The aim of this article is to provide reference and experience for the course construction and reform in biology related fields under the background of“big ideological and political education”.
