摘 要:教师是教育振兴的根本力量。教育扶贫迈向教育振兴进程中,党和政府通过教师队伍建设的系列政策,促进乡村教师助力乡村教育振兴取得良好的成效,但在基础保障、能力提升、通道流动、空间协作、社会支持等方面还存在一定的问题。其中,忽视教师主体作用、缺乏信息交流、激励效应较低、学校管理缺失、尊师重教氛围的不足等,是影响乡村教师促进乡村教育振兴不力的重要原因。重塑主体认知、拓宽沟通渠道、完善激励机制、改进学校管理、优化社会支持等,是持续激发乡村教师内在动力、巩固教育脱贫攻坚成果、促进乡村教育振兴的应有策略。Teachers are the fundamental power for the revitalization of education.In the process from poverty alleviation by education to education revitalization,the CPC and Chinese governments have made great achievements in promoting rural teachers to help rural education revitalization through a series of policies on teacher team construction.Nevertheless,there are problems in basic substances,capacity improvement,channel flow,spatial cooperation,social support,etc.Among which,the neglect of the main role of teachers,the lack of information exchange,the low incentive effect,the lack of school management,and the poor environment of respecting teachers and valuing education are the important reasons for the rural teachers’ineffective assistance in rural education revitalization.The countermeasures to continuously stimulate the internal motivation of rural teachers,consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation by education,and promote the revitalization of rural education are as follows:reshaping the subject cognition,broadening the communication channels,improving the incentive mechanism,improving school management,optimizing social support and so on.
