摘　　要：口腔颌面外科临床检查是进行医疗实践的基础,是口腔医学生必备的知识和技能。如何在教学中帮助口腔医学生培养口腔颌面外科临床检查思维,指导其在临床实践中灵活运用,仍是口腔医学教育面临的挑战。目前,多数口腔医学院采用传统课堂讲授式教学法,学生虽理论成绩理想,但在脱离临床的情境下,难以真正理解检查的原因及关键点,临床运用能力不足。为解决以上问题,山西医科大学口腔医学院通过分析传统教学法与小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)翻转课堂在2018级五年制本科学生的口腔颌面外科临床检查教学中的应用效果,表明SPOC翻转课堂可通过医患情境将临床检查与疾病特点密切关联,加深学生对该部分知识和技巧的理解,提高学生的自主学习能力,为口腔医学教学改革提供参考。The clinical examination is the basis of oral and maxillofacial surgery and the essential skill for students.It is still a challenge to improve dental students′practical techniques in clinical thinking.At present,most medical schools adopt the traditional“lecture⁃based learning”teaching method.In this mode of teaching,students get good academic performance in theoretical tests,without enhanced capability in clinical diagnostics.In this study,Shanxi Medical University School and Hospital of Stomatology analyzed the effects of“lecture⁃based learning”teaching method and small⁃scale private online courses(SPOC)flipped classrooms on the clinical examination of oral and maxillofacial surgery for undergraduate five⁃year senior students.The results showed that the SPOC flipped classroom improved students′knowledge,skills and autonomous learning ability by the simulation of clinical situations,which can be used as a reference for the further reform of stomatology teaching.
