乳品工程专业教学中思政元素融入路径探索

摘　　要：乳品工程专业是为培养应用型乳品高级工程技术人才而专门设立的一类专业。为落实“立德树人”办学治校的根本任务,在高校乳品工程专业教学中融入思想政治元素对于培养富有家国情怀、社会主义核心价值观与社会责任感的创新型综合人才具有重要意义。本文分析了目前乳品工程专业思政教学的必要性,提出了乳品工程专业开展思政教学的主要路径、思政教学效果的考核评价方式以及思政教学中可能存在的问题和解决措施,为提高乳品工程专业思政育人效果提供理论依据。Dairy engineering speciality is set up to cultivate applied senior engineering and technical personnel of dairy talents.In order to implement the fundamental task of"Building Morality and cultivating people",it’s significant to cultivate the innovative comprehensive talents with family and country feeling,core values of Chinese socialism and social responsibility by integrating ideological and political education elements into the curriculum of dairy engineering speciality.This paper analyzes the reform necessity of current ideological and political teaching,proposes the main ways to implement the reforms and the assessment system to evaluate the effects,and finds out potential problems and solutions in the process of teaching.This paper aims to provide theorecital reference to improve the educational effect of ideological and political teaching in dairy engineering courses.
